Falls are common for construction workers and other labor workers to experience. This can lead to a variety of injuries that aren’t very damaging to extremely serious and fatal. It can lead to broken bones, injury to the brain, back, spine, or anywhere really. The reasons why these accidents occur are either because equipment fails, mere accident, or an unsafe working condition.

Worker’s comp will then cover all of your medical expenses involved in diagnosing the injury. If you can not go back to your job right away, then you will be entitled to rehabilitation benefits. Worker’s comp will also compensate employees for their lost wages while they are unable to go back to work.
It is important to note that worker’s comp does not cover personal injury. In certain situations, an employee may file a lawsuit.
