David Bell is an immigration attorney who focuses on asylum, removal defense, and detention matters. He has been working with immigrant communities in the New York City area since 2018, first as an advocate and now as a litigator. David helps his clients navigate difficult legal situations by identifying practical solutions and developing effective strategies tailored to each case. David is also responsible for developing litigation strategy on the firm's complex immigration cases. He regularly appears in immigration court and prepares cases for appellate review.
While at CUNY School of Law, David participated in the Immigrant and Non-Citizens Rights Project, a clinical program that partnered with the ACLU of New Mexico and Las Americas Immigrant Advocacy Center on an award-winning project. Before law school, David worked with immigrant rights organizations in New York to provide pro bono legal support to asylum seekers.
